The MHSAA Dead Week is over and it is time to resume training for the upcoming school year.
Weight Room Sessions run from 10-11, 11-12, and 12-1 Monday-Friday. Please remember you have to be on time.
Afternoon open weight room is 5-7 from Monday-Thursday.
In addition, there are open spots in Speed and Agility Training from 10-11 on Tuesday and Thursday.
If you aren’t working out, you are being outworked by your upcoming opponents!
